Refunds & Cancellation
This page explains how cancelling PrintDeck works and when refunds apply. Like the rest of our legal pages, it's written in plain language on purpose.
Short version: Cancel anytime — you keep access through what you've already paid for. Charged wrong, or something was seriously broken? Tell us within 7 days of the charge and we'll make it right.
1. During the beta
PrintDeck is currently free. There's nothing to cancel and nothing to refund. When billing begins, beta users get founder pricing — a permanent discount — and you'll be told the exact date and price well before you're ever charged.
2. Cancelling your subscription
Once billing is live, you can cancel anytime from Settings — no email required, no phone call, no retention hoops. Your access continues through the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. Your data stays right where it is unless you also choose to delete your shop (see the Privacy Policy for how deletion works — 30-day grace period, self-serve, with a full backup offered first).
3. Refunds
- Billing mistakes — double charges, charges after you cancelled, wrong plan: tell us within 7 days of the charge and we'll refund it in full.
- Something seriously broken — if the service was genuinely unusable for a meaningful part of a billing period, contact us and we'll work out a fair refund or credit, case by case.
- Change of mind — partial periods aren't refunded, but cancelling stops all future charges and you keep access through what you paid for.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.
4. How to reach us
